Peter Stromberg
Peter is from Massachusetts and first started learning the building trade at 20 years old, when he moved to South Lake Tahoe. He learned from his Uncle, Louie Demeo, and quickly started building spec houses on his own. After a decade of building Peter learned drafting and now draws the plans for his own custom builds. Being a designer and a builder gives him a unique perspective and the ability to plan out timelines and budgets with great precision. A true devotee of wild places, Peter now splits his time between the majestic peaks of South Lake Tahoe and the rural foothills of Nevada City.
Louie Demeo
Originally from Danville, Louie is a California native with strong ties to the Hawaiian Islands. He has been building in South Lake Tahoe for over 40 years, drawing plans by hand and passing on his expert techniques to the next generation. With multi-million dollar homes and hotels on his resume, he is a true master of his craft. Whether he’s in South Lake Tahoe or on the Big Island, you can find Louie envisioning and building masterpiece homes.
Aubrey Coon
Aubrey has been involved in four large-scale property development projects with Peter over the last ten years, from the mountains to the foothills to the islands and back again. When she’s not consulting on layouts and finishes, she handles design, marketing and communication. Originally from San Diego she now lives between South Lake Tahoe and the San Juan Ridge in Nevada City.
